How much does VIDTREO cost?
You pay per recorded minute: $0.008 for SD (480p), $0.010 for HD (720p), $0.012 for Full HD (1080p) and $0.015 for 4K. There is no monthly fee or minimum.
Is AI transcription included in the price?
Yes. Every resolution includes AI transcription at no extra cost. Captions (VTT), timestamped JSON and plain text arrive by webhook when the transcript is ready.
Do you charge for storage or bandwidth?
Recordings are served from our edge network with zero egress fees, so playback never adds a bandwidth bill. The free tier includes 500 MB of storage, and you can also connect your own S3 or R2 bucket.
Is there a free tier?
Every account starts with $1 of free credit — about 100 HD minutes — with no expiration and no credit card required.
How long does integration take?
Most teams record their first video in minutes: install the SDK from npm, drop in the recorder component and listen for the webhook.
Are there volume discounts?

Why is VIDTREO cheaper than Ziggeo or Addpipe?
